Concentrated foaming detergent for manual dishwashing
Thanks to its specific formulation, VERI 21 is suitable for numerous manual cleaning applications in the food industry and in all professional environments where effective cleaning action on washable surfaces is required. The product does not contain alkaline substances or solvents, making it particularly suitable for use in the food sector. VERI 21 is ideal for the manual cleaning and degreasing of dishes, cutlery, tableware, pots, worktops, surfaces, tools, containers, and tanks. Its cleaning action effectively emulsifies fats during washing operations, facilitating the removal of dirt from treated surfaces.
One of the product’s key features is its ability to rinse off easily without leaving spots. Furthermore, it does not leave surfaces slippery after treatment. The formulation is lemon-scented, helping to provide a pleasant sense of cleanliness during washing operations.
The high concentration of VERI 21 allows highly active cleaning solutions to be obtained even at significant dilutions, optimizing product use in everyday manual washing activities.
For manual use, a concentration between 0.5% and 2% is recommended, using cold water or, preferably, warm water. After washing, surfaces must be rinsed thoroughly.
Recommended dosage according to water hardness:
soft water (0–15 °F): 4–5 g/l;
medium water (15–25 °F): 5–7 g/l;
hard water (above 25 °F): 8–15 g/l.
