Chlorinated detergent for glasswashers and dishwashers
DISH & GLASS is a chlorinated alkaline liquid detergent developed for use in professional dishwashers and glasswashers. The formulation has been designed for the automatic washing of dishes, cups, glasses, crystalware, and other types of tableware used in the professional catering and hospitality sector. The product contains caustic agents, water softeners, a high content of chlorinated agents, and sequestering agents that promote proper rinsing during the washing cycle.
This combination contributes to achieving excellent cleaning and brilliance results on glasses, crystalware, and cutlery. DISH & GLASS is formulated to ensure high performance in automatic washing systems, helping to remove dirt and residues from treated surfaces. The presence of chlorinated agents also provides a sanitizing action during the washing process.
The detergent is particularly effective in removing stubborn stains such as those caused by tea and coffee, common issues in the HORECA sector. Thanks to its properties, it can be used for daily washing of dishes and glasses in restaurants, hotels, bars, canteens, and other professional facilities.
DISH & GLASS is normally used at concentrations between 0.2% and 0.8%, through dosing with suitable peristaltic pumps.
The recommended operating temperature is between 55°C and 60°C, with a minimum contact time of 30 seconds during the washing cycle.
To maintain high system performance, it is advisable to regularly check that the glasswasher nozzles are not clogged. It is also recommended to periodically descale dishwashers using a specific product for the removal of limescale deposits, such as REMO KAL HW.
Recommended dosage according to water hardness:
soft water (0–15 °F): 2–4 g/l;
medium water (15–25 °F): 4–6 g/l;
hard water (above 25 °F): 6–8 g/l.
