Its formulation is designed to effectively remove the most stubborn dirt, including burnt grease and carbonized residues that accumulate during cooking cycles. Thanks to its high-performance cleaning action, it allows effective cleaning of the oven chamber in a single washing cycle, helping to maintain high hygiene standards in professional kitchens.
In addition to its cleaning action, OVEN LIQUID 2 ACT also performs a rinse aid function. This feature allows the oven chamber to remain shiny and free from streaks at the end of the cleaning cycle, improving both the appearance and maintenance of the equipment.
