The innovative formulation of OVEN SENSITIVE TAB provides a decarbonizing action on residues generated by cooking processes, contributing to the removal of accumulated dirt inside the oven chamber. The product is designed to effectively act on residual deposits resulting from the daily use of professional equipment.
In addition to their cleaning and degreasing action, OVEN SENSITIVE TAB tablets also help remove residual odors inside the oven, supporting the maintenance of proper hygienic conditions during automatic cleaning operations.
The product is suitable for the internal cleaning phase of professional self-cleaning ovens used in the HORECA sector, such as those found in restaurants, hotels, canteens, professional kitchens, and catering operations.
For use, the tablet must be placed in the dedicated compartment indicated by the oven manufacturer. If the oven does not have a specific compartment, the tablet can be placed on the rack inside the chamber before starting the dissolution cycle specified by the equipment manufacturer.
The number of tablets to be used must be determined according to the washing instructions provided by the oven manufacturer. It is important that the tablet is completely dissolved to ensure proper degreasing and decarbonizing action on the treated surfaces.
To ensure proper dissolution, a water temperature of at least 85°C is recommended. At the end of the washing cycle, the prescribed rinse cycles must always be carried out.
During handling of the tablets, protective gloves must be worn.
