ALCAVETRO HW PLUS is a concentrated liquid detergent specifically formulated for use in professional dishwashers and glasswashers. The product is suitable for washing operations in the presence of very hard water and heavily soiled items, ensuring high performance in professional HORECA applications.
The caustic formulation of the product provides a high sequestering power, an important feature in conditions where water hardness may compromise washing efficiency and the proper cleaning of dishes, glassware, and kitchenware. ALCAVETRO HW PLUS is phosphate-free. The detergent can be used on various types of dishes, glassware, and kitchenware. However, its use is not recommended on light alloys, aluminum, galvanized materials, and copper alloys.
When used in professional dishwashers, the product dosage can be adjusted through dedicated automatic dosing systems, allowing accurate control of the concentration during the washing cycle.
Indicatively, ALCAVETRO HW PLUS is used at concentrations between 1 and 5 g/l, depending on water hardness.
Recommended dosage guidelines are:
soft water 0–15 °F: 2 g/l;
medium water 15–25 °F: 3 g/l;
hard water 25–40 °F: 5 g/l.
To properly complete the washing process, it is recommended to carry out thorough rinsing with preferably demineralized water supplemented with the appropriate rinse aid RINSE ACID.
