Phosphate-free chlorinated dishwasher detergent
Aquabrite NP-5-S is a professional chlorinated dishwasher detergent formulated to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in Ho.Re.Ca. businesses, healthcare facilities, and all environments where food safety is a priority. Its phosphate-free formulation provides effective cleaning performance while contributing to a more sustainable management of washing processes.
This liquid detergent, characterized by its distinctive straw-yellow color, has been specifically developed for use in professional dishwashers equipped with water softening systems. The formulation contains conditioning agents that help control water hardness and compensate for any irregularities in the softening system, ensuring reliable performance with residual water hardness levels of up to approximately 10 °F.
Thanks to the presence of active bleaching agents, Aquabrite NP-5-S is particularly effective in removing difficult stains such as tea, coffee, and other coloring substances that tend to accumulate on tableware. In addition, its chlorinated action helps maintain high levels of hygiene throughout the washing process, a feature particularly valued in hospitals, canteens, restaurants, hotels, and professional kitchens.
The product is compatible with the materials commonly used in the construction of professional dishwashers and can be used on most types of tableware. This versatility allows excellent results to be achieved in the daily management of high-frequency washing cycles.
To achieve the best performance, Aquabrite NP-5-S must be correctly dosed according to water hardness and the level of soiling. Recommended concentrations generally range from 1 to 3 ml per liter of water. For soft water, dosages between 2 and 3 g/l are recommended, while in the presence of hard water the dosage may be increased up to 7 g/l.
The product’s effectiveness is maximized by maintaining the washing temperature between 55°C and 65°C and by using automatic dosing systems that ensure a constant concentration throughout the entire washing cycle.
