Professional flyer cleaning tablet

FRIT TAB is a tablet-based product specifically designed for cleaning professional deep fryers and their stainless-steel baskets. Its formulation provides a powerful cleaning action, helping to quickly remove oil, carbonized grease, and cooking residues that accumulate during the daily use of professional equipment.

Regular use of FRIT TAB helps keep the internal surfaces of the fryer clean while also contributing to a sanitizing effect through the removal of deposits responsible for unpleasant odors. The product is therefore suitable for the maintenance of fryers used in professional kitchens, restaurants, canteens, fast-food outlets, and other HORECA environments.

FRIT TAB is designed for safe use on iron, steel, stainless steel, bronze, and copper. It must not be used on aluminum parts, as the material may be damaged by the treatment.

To use the product, first drain all oil from the fryer before starting the cleaning process. Then fill the tank with water and heat it to a temperature between 50 and 55°C.

FRIT TAB should be dosed according to the fryer tank capacity:

1 tablet for small fryers with a 15-liter tank;
2 tablets for large fryers with a 25-liter tank.

After placing the tablet(s) on the immersion rack, bring the solution to a boil and maintain boiling for at least 20 minutes, allowing the product to act on residues present on the treated surfaces.

At the end of the cleaning cycle, rinse thoroughly with water and dry the fryer before returning it to service.
