Low-foaming pre-soak detergent for dishwashing

PreCleaner is a professional low-foaming detergent specifically developed for the pre-washing and soaking of dishes, cutlery, glasses, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment before placement in the dishwasher. It is the ideal solution for restaurants, hotels, canteens, catering services, and professional kitchens looking to optimize washing processes and improve cleaning performance.

PreCleaner’s neutral, viscous, and pleasantly scented formulation acts quickly on even the most stubborn food residues, softening and loosening dirt, grease, and surface deposits from kitchen equipment. This helps reduce manual labor and improves the efficiency of the subsequent automatic washing cycle.

PreCleaner’s key advantage is its low-foaming formulation. This characteristic allows treated tableware to be placed directly into professional dishwashers without causing problems during washing cycles or interfering with the proper operation of the machines. In addition, the detergent maintains its effectiveness even in the presence of hard water, ensuring consistent results under different operating conditions.

PreCleaner can be used on a wide range of materials and surfaces commonly found in professional kitchens. It is particularly suitable for the pre-treatment of cookware, kitchen containers, trays, tableware, and glassware with dried-on or difficult-to-remove food residues.

PreCleaner is simple and versatile to use. It can be applied by immersion, brushing, or other operating methods depending on specific requirements. Recommended concentrations range from 1.5% to 3% in water, preferably lukewarm or hot, to further enhance its cleaning action. In soft water conditions, the recommended dosage ranges from 18 to 25 ml/l, while for harder water it may be increased up to 35 ml/l.

Pre-soaking may be followed by a quick rinse to complete the removal of emulsified dirt, helping to reduce residue build-up inside the dishwasher and improving its efficiency over time.

Note: the product is sensitive to freezing and must be stored in areas protected from low temperatures. For correct and safe use, always consult the safety data sheet.
