Concentrated foaming detergent for manual dishwashing
VERI 10 is a professional concentrated detergent for manual dishwashing, developed to provide high degreasing performance while ensuring maximum ease of use in professional kitchens and the food industry. Thanks to its neutral formula and delicate lemon fragrance, it is an ideal solution for the daily cleaning of dishes, cutlery, utensils, cookware, containers, and work surfaces.
The formulation is based on a carefully selected combination of ionic and non-ionic surfactants that provide the product with excellent emulsifying power against grease, oils, and food residues. This feature enables rapid removal of dirt even in the most demanding situations, leaving surfaces perfectly clean and sparkling.
One of VERI 10’s main advantages is its neutral nature. The product does not contain aggressive alkaline substances or solvents, making it particularly suitable for use in the food industry and in all environments where effective yet gentle cleaning is required. After rinsing, it leaves no greasy residues, streaks, or traces on treated surfaces, helping to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Thanks to its viscous and concentrated consistency, the product ensures economical use and consistent performance even at low dosages. The dosage should be adjusted according to water hardness. For soft water, 10 grams per 5 liters of water are recommended; for moderately hard water, 15 grams per 5 liters; while for hard water, the dosage may be increased up to 20–25 grams per 5 liters of water.
