Concentrated foaming detergent for manual dishwashing
VERI 21 is a concentrated foaming detergent formulated for manual washing of dishes and equipment in the professional sector. It is a neutral, viscous, high-concentration detergent, developed with a specific combination of ionic and non-ionic surfactants characterized by a strong emulsifying action on fats.
Thanks to its specific formulation, VERI 21 is suitable for numerous manual cleaning applications in the food industry and in all professional environments where effective cleaning action on washable surfaces is required. The product does not contain alkaline substances or solvents, making it particularly suitable for use in the food sector.
VERI 21 is ideal for the manual cleaning and degreasing of dishes, cutlery, tableware, pots, worktops, surfaces, tools, containers, and tanks. Its cleaning action effectively emulsifies fats during washing operations, facilitating the removal of dirt from treated surfaces.
The high concentration of VERI 21 allows highly active cleaning solutions to be obtained even at significant dilutions, optimizing product use in everyday manual washing activities.
For manual use, a concentration between 0.5% and 2% is recommended, using cold water or, preferably, warm water.
After washing, surfaces must be rinsed thoroughly. Recommended dosage according to water hardness:
soft water (0–15 °F): 4–5 g/l;
medium water (15–25 °F): 5–7 g/l;
hard water (above 25 °F): 8–15 g/l.
